PractiTest Test Management Flow

Stuff now starting to be declared “Ready for Test”.

Wanted to track actual status vs. declared status, so we can spot issues & learnings.

Here’s what I did for Safe Paths.

Import the set of stories ready for test.

Open

Set up a new custom field “Test Status Summary” and included it in “By Status” view.

Open

Add comments to these Requirements detailing actual state of testability.

Also add a brief summary in the new “Test Status Summary” field. This needs to be brief because PractiTest won’t wrap lines on this field so anything too long messes up the view.
