➡ still working on things for builds on Guam. The Teton situation still seems in hand. Diarmid is still testing Guam.
Jennifer Schnidman
Still working through releases we pushed.
moving forward with fast follow work on Mercury
historical context how we want to work on emailing our help desk
running behind on internationalization – bug with switching between languages that we cannot reproduce (back to Diarmid to see how we can get that through testing)
D’Christopher Shipps
re: Teton call – is there a way to put the mobile app into an exposure notification mode?
Jenn- no, not with the version in the app store, we could get screen shots from Figma. 1. needs to come from HAs, 2. still testing that system.
Discussion
Stephen Roger: Had some good feedback from Sam’s retrospective call earlier today. Really good conversation with Emma, Otto and Diarmid about MVP process for QA reviewing designs and providing input. General goal is to involve QA before we get to development phase.
xian: Still testing 1.1.2 for Guam – xian and Vince will connect to arrange for a full test.
Vince: We found some strange things and will connect with Shareef to review. Talked to Jacob, we’re just going to go ahead and create our own build off the government’s OS account just to do the flight test.
xian: our thoughts on that kind of thing – you should do what is expedient. The tradeoff from us (Pathcheck) is the more forking, the more work to bring things back to the mothership.
Vince: we’ll send notes back and rebuild based on what the Rocket builders put together. Also, the head of our HA is retiring soon. We’re trying to test it before the HA looks at it.
Bob: Publishing an open timeline doc, TestFlight end of next week (groups of 10) to test. Exploring some of these new Apple concepts at the OS level potential impacts. Stephen – integration QA conversations – is there a doc to learn from there?
Stephen Roger: I'll share the doc Mon or Tues next week with lessons/proposals for Design/QA processes.
Jennifer Schnidman: Who is the support for the platform users?
We have an app support team, Zendesk (3rd party) up and running. There are some tickets they’re working on.
xian: there is one bucket right now, but the Zendesk will support different emails for different products.
John Kane: Is there a place where terms are defined?
xian: There was a beginning of a glossary document – in confluence. I’ll check on this.
Follow up: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Tcojj023AKk4-9Zj43V-9JKAR4RH9ckTlnpy-G_zueg/edit#heading=h.tiujl14giicu but not Glossary per se.

xian – talked with Spectra, probably starting a new meeting cadence next week. We will continue to move the Slack threads to Confluence. Let’s not regurgitate the thread, just say if you need anything.

Y:
Ghana discovery call - not much to share, early convos; next is send materials and follow up
Journey map mtg - working thru a map here; I had to leave early so I need to get an update on where we landed there myself
T:
drive discovery work; specifically sync w/ @Daniel Matiaudes to map out next set of activities, timing, ownership
design / qa process mtg
Blockers:
want to make sure our discovery work, which we’ve begun to focus on acquisition, is aligned with other org activities (thinking specifically external comms / PR, but IDK maybe other things?); my understanding is PR will be and is our main driver for acquisition + growth in the near term — also, of course, Apple recommending users to DL apps after rec exposure notification. anyway, less blocker and more, here’s how we are thinking about this, does it make sense in the context of the bigger picture, of which I don’t have full visibility on
when are we trying to get analytics set up in the mobile app? I think it’s OK for now, but as we think about new features to address the cold start problem, we will think about success metrics. are we having conversations of how to implement this in a privacy-first way?; again, there’s not much in the app today, but I would like to know some basic stats i.e. how many people have downloaded it, where they are located, % of people who’ve turned on tracking, % of people who connected with CT after EN, etc
PathCheck—Increase Adoption https://www.figma.com/file/2MxK9MXc5bVszKt84PG01l/PathCheck%E2%80%94Increase-Adoption?node-id=3%3A4
Jennifer Schnidman: @Brian Ng Great questions about mobile usage/engagement. That's something I am also planning to work on with the mobile team - let's sync on this maybe early next week? For now, I can share that we do track # downloads, # daily users though I do not have access to that data and do not know who does - am tracking that down. Other metrics that involve in-app feature usage will bump up against our privacy preserving principles - I imagine some of those conversations have happened before my time here, but certainly time to re-examine where we want to draw that line.
xian: I know @Spectra has raised the matter as well and we've dicsussed how it's not impossible with adequate trust, framing, and consent, to ask users to opt in to some forms of quality tracking, though this will only give a partial picture, of course.
Daniel Matiaudes: I’d love to be included in that @Jennifer Schnidman. I have some thoughts there. We had a similar challenge at Foundation Medicine in tracking in app usage and preserving patient privacy.

Y:
Canceled 2nd call with Europe/India due to low acceptence. Smaller task team leader was not able to meet commitment levels for that role. Linked up with Spectra to review Gemini roadmap
T:
Meeting with Spectra to determine team org and get update on roadmap today.
B:
Blocked until I get a better roadmap knowledge and determine team leaders and link small teams to longer roadmap work
FYI: a new (June 23rd) paper on privicy-focused Contact Tracing Framework: http://strategicfutures.org/TopicMaps/COVID-19/dimensions.html
Discussion:
xian: still trying to move the mobile apps through the stores, hot fix in iOS, submitted Android hot fix also – very good shape. Builds suitable for pilots, one hitch, it’s not the same build. Pilot builds will point to a staging endpoint. The ones in the store point to YAML.
Kyle: regarding Teton Co., tomorrow they are going to ask a bunch of people at their town hall mtg to download the app on Friday. These guys were part of the WSJ article about our software not being ready.
Emma: Kyle, we have a story map of Uni MVP for you to review.
Stephen:
Engineering asked about cost of Mapbox? and that we might pivot away? I looked into it. It is overall cheaper and was a deliberate decision in the first place.
Vince: If you let you end users see their data, it will cost a lot more.
Stephen: LDAP has been problematic; we are pivoting away from it.
John Kane: Have you looked at OPen Street or Q-GIS? They are open source.
Also looking for usage metrics for places or mobile apps in terms of number of users and costs in place
for the next series of sprints – looking at fast follow spreadsheet, Jira backlog. Are there other sources? Let me know.
Brian: Initially we’re thinking about concept work, not sure if those are what we are looking at as an organization? We arrived at two personas, but are unsure about what to assume in desiging around an experience. Downloading the app after Apple told them they had an exposure? What if they come to the mobile app through the website and other marketing efforts?
We are thinking of adoption and acquisition – but where / who they are is really unclear. Should we focus on Uni first? That is a more contained, enforced tech – environment.
Kyle: would focus on the Uni on that side, we’re focusing on that as an org. Even with coldstart challenge, most likely place cust journey would start is from a contact tracing interview.
xian: similar to viral engagement – being encouraged to get in on the app by other people they are in contact with

process call - discussed how delivery is going on Bluetooth, GPS, and University projects from both PM and Design perspectives
problem definition call - will move forward with concept exploration framed around below (feedback welcome, and specifically on what metric we want to design around i.e. drive adoption AND by how much?):
Persona 1: data seeker
HMW empower communities with trusted, reliable information about public responses and tips for how to stay safe, in a way that's positive, convenient, and easy to understand source
Persona 2: safety seeker
HMW increase consumer's confidence in their ability to assess riskiness of social interactions with their community

This call is still on until we stop it – working out the cadence with Spectra (later today). We keep doing what we’re doing until we officially decide to stop do it. Brad, still transfer the thread to the confluence doc. Slack is not a great place to memorialize that.
There was an upgrade bug in the Android app, held back the release until fixed.
Emma:
Uni discovery work, carved out a spec around an MVP there. Meeting with Spectra, Brian, Daniel and Ali – focused today on Uni
Ainsley from EY
Continuing to support the Implementation team for the next month (will roll off then)
Bob:
process meetings yesterday – scoping / timeline for GAEN releases
meetings with Apple – changes to how they intend GAEN to work (mid July)
GAEN notification setting at the operating system level – you won’t need an app. You’ll accept the status like you do Siri. Will probably change our scope pretty dramatically. It will limit the scope of our app a bit, but probably see much higher participation rate.
BT GAEN on Confluence – going to consolidate BT docs under one heading
Vince:
no update.
Emma, we’d be interested in approaching schools about this. Is there a way we can fit our schools into this.
Jeff:
big meeting day, check ins with Guam and Minn. Also transitioning from the EY ownership of those meetings.
Ainsley and I had a process call for putting together a mini GAEN test pilot (for just Minn. / Guam, or for every project. Will sync with Bob to keep GAEN things aligned.
John Kane:
Potentially cancelling another call, difficulty getting a hold of team leaders I have identified.
xian: working on trying to get you coordinated with other similar groups in the larger team. I will set up a call to talk with you about this later.
D’Christopher Shipps:
Huge thanks to Emma, Jennifer, Bob and Dan for the working demo deck! This thing is amazing! Including the actual geographic points.
(still running a little slow on the web app side)
xian: is the demo available in an internally public place.
DC still fine tuning it before we can have a functioning demo deck for the GPS side.
Bob and I are going to work on a GAEN demo.

xian:
Submitted the Android app last night.
iOS app ran into an error (trademark conflict) with the name, will follow up today.
Looks like Diarmid is raising a couple bugs that maybe it would be worth killing the submission if it is fixed right away otherwise to fast-follow
Jen:
Worked on the submission yesterday, there were two bugs we were going to live with for this release if too big to fix. One of the devs did resolve one of the bugs, working to merge it in. The second bug will probably take a little longer, work on this weeks sprint
T: Team working on PathCheck GPS we have a sprint planning meeting (pushed from yesterday)
after planning, intention is to post a summary to the pm channel, details avail on Jira
Brian:
T: process oriented mtg with Spectra, Bob, Ali. I’ll put in notes from that meeting. What is a good place for those notes? How are we coming up with improving process?
Kyle: fn_pm channel for now.
Met yesterday to sync on discovery problems (posted in that channel) continuing that conversation – Daniel wanted to structure some sketching in that.
xian: can you keep Gretchen included in those discussions?
Discovery notes have been in the Trello
xian: can we have some kind of cross link in Confluence. (Brad).
Suggestion for PM updates, could post a written stand up ahead of time? Remind people to put their update in the slack thread?
Kyle: dev sprints do this. We’ll discuss this at the Product Staff meeting later today. \
John:
cancelled the call for today b/c there were too few people signed up for it. Will reschedule at a better time.
Smaller set of team leaders we’ve identified, not sure they all fully understand the level of commitment we’re looking for. We will be talking with them individually to confirm their understanding.
Jeff Kushmerek:
Put a bunch of Guam updates on the internal channel. They’re looking at rolling out the app over the weekend to about 20 users and starting with their scripts on Monday.
Another follow-up with Mayo Clinic this week.
Talking with someone in the general group about putting together some sales / set up type docs.
Bob:
Working on a doc to outline the MVP scope and timeline, share internally tomorrow.
Kyle:
Uni mtg w/ EY and some Uni’s – questionable in terms of the value, and how to market with EY. Meetings around MVP scope. Moving to a more daily rhythm for Uni’s and cloud.

Of Note:
in the Slack channels:
fn – functional team
tf – task force
The Monday daily standup will be cancelled in lieu of the weekly PM sync on Monday. The rest of the daily all PM stand ups may change as well, depending on how we are structured going into Mercury.
Spectra:
Adding clarity to squads and more specificity to mission
looking at tools, seem fragmented, lack of transparency – looking at meeting streamlining and looking at our work processes
Jennifer:
MVP1 – started the week tracking to release to app store on Friday, we now have TestFlight. We are now in the process of managing competing priorities. Submitting to the App Store supports the marketing initiative of rebranding. There are some zero state screens that need attention to facilitate that. The app is till being tested by the QA team, who are working on problems with receiving an exposure notification. Possible that the release is bumped back to next week. Should know more today.
We could pull MVP0 until we can get a better MVP1 out
xian: pulling was considered but decided against. Both a broken app and no app are bad. Focus on the pilot path, because the marketing is going to be suboptimal anyway. We’re going to need specifics to make a final call
Spectra: post it in the staff channel, we need to talk with people not in this meeting.
Jeff Kushmerek: are they doing a big marketing launch?
xian: yes, a June 23 date to relaunch brand name (website, and app if avail.) The journalist will need a communication package to explain what is still in progress
xian: Teton County is the next pilot after Guam, will probably be the most affected by the branding change.
Jeff Kushmerek: are we talking about a couple of days or a few weeks?
xian: we don’t know yet, hope to know that in the next few hours.
DC:
universities are going to be looking for (a separate product) that starts with GPS and then adds some flavor of GAEN
Jennifer:
the risks of putting this app out in the store, we think there is confidentiality in beta testing, but the list of HAs are in the test app, and will out other beta testers to each other.
Bob Mallon:
Test Flight up for Minnesota yesterday. Sprint review today.
Thursday, June 18
Kyle:
We had a great workshop with TCU yesterday, hosted by Emma and Ranna.
Workshop on Monday with BYU hosting about 50 different universities.
NB: there are no entitlements for GAEN in Texas (we don’t and Texas isn’t permitting it), so we can’t offer a GAEN solution. The features that are restricted in GAEN are what they are interested in. GPS isn’t enough, but with WIFI it might work.
Also spoke with Louisiana State Univ. who made the offer “if you deploy this for us, we’ll connect you with the State of Louisiana.”
John Kane:
Have a call today with Aynna, one of the leads we’ve identified and working on getting confirmation on the other potential leads.
Vince:
Moving along on Guam. There was some concern from the CDC representative at the demo yesterday because GAEN doesn’t support contact tracers. Kyle: in GAEN when someone gets a positive contact notification the app links right to a contact form
Still working out some team communication challenges
We had a question about our HAs, if they are flooded with self-assessments is that going to overload our HA? Bob: Minnesota asked the same thing. Can the HAs turn that feature off if they want?
Jennifer:
Still on track for Friday delivery, mainly on iOS delivery.
Bob Mallon:
Practiced for two demos yesterday. The team is cranking away on exposure notification server up. Writing stories, fully published timeline (exp. Monday)
xian:
getting the store submission forms ready, going to verify details with Adam Berry to make sure the branding, etc. is up to date.
Will meet with Rob Brink to map out the video production processes.
Rob Brink:
need to map out the workflow add-on for how to get good videos produced
Adam said make tickets with Product to get the automated pieces done
need a video of the GAEN flow
need a video of the GPS flow
Need to understand that there are tiers of video quality being produced on the project
(good – zoom / google) internal “I missed the meeting” (Confluence, Slack channels)
(better – zoom enhanced) demos for client meetings (outreach team)
(best – professional grade) Project presentation videos (ex: website, social media)
Wednesday, June 17
Jennifer Schnidman:
We are still in QA for MVP1 / web app, almost to green for happy path and still on track for submission to app stores on Friday
Fast follows for Mercury
Some are ready for dev, some are in progress with engineering (ex: auto subscribe)
Some need refinement on the design side first (Stephen is PMing them)
Cleaning up the backlog in Jira backlog and populating Mercury backlog with Omar and Stephen
Stephen Roger:
Y: Onboarding, pickup fast follows
T: Working with Otto to build out some of the fast follows for Places: CT to nickname location, unsharing location history, user management for smaller HA’s without ID management, community users ability to erase their location history and consent
Question from xian: Could a cluster of related locations be given a common nickname – Stephen: we’re working on it, will talk to Ranna about it – and if anyone has a thought to that please speak up
no blockers
Bob Mallon:
Yesterday was the first test of the GAEN app, trying to get it ready for demos with Guam and others
EN server interaction are not in this version – working on a timeline for those so that we can do a full demo – just need more time to continue working on it.
Vince Munoz:
Y: Stood up pretty much everything – did all the back end, S3 containers, we just wanted to get familiar with it. Jen: if it doesn’t get submitted on time, we can still use the beta.
Best case is we’re looking at Monday to be ready, with a Friday delivery
Still the forking – working with Kyle
Jeff Kushmerek:
Trying to build a bridge on documentation that takes internal documentation to client facing, for example a list of tech requirements for HA’s.
John Kane:
Y: From the large group, we’re creating 5 squads and have identified leaders for those groups.
T: Recruiting those leaders and linking the groups to the road map
Robert Brink
Making demo videos: I'm offering support for recording and presenting to help make good quality videos. Please reach out before you get started.

MVP1 is on track to be released to app stores on Friday. Two epics were de-scoped and made fast-follows for the first Mercury release, the onboarding video and the auto subscribing feature (MVP7).
MVP9 – internationalization as at risk, Spanish is done for Puerto Rico, but three languages are running behind, 2/3 should be done this week, waiting on updates for others.
The Safe Places web app should be ready sometime early next week, but will verify this timeframe with Diarmid and Dan.

Welcome to Stephen Roger from Rocket Insights who will be helping with PM work on Places
Jennifer:
Rocket Engineers had a sprint review on Friday. Rerecording this afternoon. Still actively testing MVP#1 and web app. Still working on a happy path. Focus of this week is to respond to bugs and begin working on MVP1 Fast Follows Jenn (app) and Stephen (web)
The bugs that are currently cropping up are random and all over the place, some in the web app, some in the mobile app, some in data transfer between web and mobile.
Kyle:
Univ. discovery and focus are moving up – a workshop on Wednesday with TCU. The Universities need to open and stay open this fall.
DC: been on the Univ. calls, major push I’m getting is that they are going to want to leverage Bluetooth and QR codes. The universities also want to be able to quietly notify a floor or resident assistant when there is a case, instead of alarming the whole building.
Kyle: we’re working on it, also trending toward a WiFi indoor tracking.
Prod squad effort – still working on it, implementing this week
Spectra – taking a larger role in Product, squads, customer research, helping organize volunteers
Bob:
Bluetooth world? Internal demo on Friday – first external demo is with Guam on Wednesday. a week or two behind the GPS app there.
Vince:
to Jenn – if you don’t get it to test flight on schedule, we can push the pilot date back, just let us know.
Jenn:
how HA partners will access the app if they’re not waiting until it’s in the app store?
Are we applying the same process for all HA’s or just Guam?
DC: this just came up from a Cypress call, they were asking for a copy of the code to look at.
Kyle: Cypress is looking at GAEN, right? Let’s talk with Bob offline.
Emma:
Kicking off research for government HA’s and a university ecosystem discovery with Ranna.
Cold Start problem – some room for rapid prototyping and testing early concepts
Otto is full time this week, working on Places.

Welcome any first-timers
MVP1 (Fast Follow) Update
Fast Follows from MVP1 out of scope items:
Define success and provide ability to measure success
Contact tracing - Places driven CT interview vs GPS coords
Enable un-share of location history with HA
Enable "erase my location history" within app
Diarmid's list of MVP1 out of scope items (not sure exactly his list)
Lightweight user management screens (for small HAs that will not bring external identity management), disabled by default
For (1)Jennifer Schnidman (Unlicensed) working with Jeff Kushmerek on this, will circulate a spec next week for feedback
A squad is tackle #2, 3, 4, 6 - Rocket designer Otto and Rocket PM Stephen. This will allow volunteer/non-Rocket PMs to stay focused on larger Mercury epics (and we'll obv coordinate in situations where these fast-follow user stories connect to a larger epic)
Still reviewing Diarmid's fast-follow list, but so far doesn't seem to need PM/design support, coordinating dev assignments next week.
Mercury Update
The priority is fast follows
Squads are being organized
Working on understanding value needed by universities for next big focus
PMs attending HA Calls
xian to set up some way to corral volunteer PM availability

testing continues, no happy path yet – the login server is not too stable, but hopeful to get through today.
met with Adam L Smith, and Vince (Guam team), hopefully that can be released next week
Vince – trying to find which branch to pull (cleared up with Jennifer). We are also going to a GAEN implementation, hosted by SafePaths. We are going to recruit other Pacific Island nations into the program.
Bob Mallon – GAEN, calls with Guam and Minn. learned some new concerns, put out a PRD that outlines some of the allowable customizations (where it is? – not shared broadly) will talk with xian.
John Kane –
once the squads are finalized, we’ll have an all-group call and get assignments handed out.
is also interested in the PRD examples and where we store them. Is there a common G: drive – PatchCheck Google drive account?
Christian: this is being worked on. We should link to docs from the Confluence space as the source of truth.
need more info on roadmap and squads
Brian Ng
one question – is / when the discovery sprint going on? integrating with the Implementation. Jeff Kushmerek: I’ve been asked to help connect / represent the Implementation team –

keeping the spreadsheet relatively up to date for those who aren’t comfortable with Jira (which is 100% up to date). There are epics that are still in active dev b/c of bugs
Adam Leon Smith is posting updates to the happy path flow chart on the scrum_team_safe_places channel. As of 30 min ago, they are halfway through the flow. Looking for a complete path by EOD today. Still not clear when we’ll finish testing, probably next week.
Kyle:
reviewing fast follow items w/ Emma later today,
approach to product for Mercury: going to organize into squads by theme (lead PM, researcher, UI/UX person) by the end of the week - filling those slots
Bob Mallon:
draft PRD for customizations in the BT app
Rob Brink:
Jonathan Wright rolled off the project. Is there anyone who can fill that role? Christian: probably someone from the dev side. We’ll have to work on it together. Start with Diarmid Mackenzie
Jeff Kushmerek: Minnesota is moving forward with GAEN implementation. Preparing for the Guam rollout as well (both protocols).
John Kane:
I have all the privacy and DS channels people and reviewed the roadmap questions with Christian. Need a deeper dive as to what aspects will be necessary in the Gemini timeframe so that people can work on them in the Mercury timeframe. Then proceed with building squads to get started.
Omar: place holder epics are done. The Jira board for Mercury is set up.
Sachin - no update today
Vince - GAEN rollout, continuing to work out iOS GPS issues.
D’Christopher Shipps: when will we have a working demo platform? Christian: we need to get someone to work on this, starting with Diarmid – on the sales side, this is a hot item.

Bob Mallon - PRD doc for the GAEN app re customizations that HAs will be able to make
John Kane - ready to review research plans with Christian later today

Omar - organizing the Jira w/ placeholder epics
Sachin - inputing things in to the cold store, looking into a social currency feature for the app
Jennifer - what is the process for actually picking up Mercury features? Kyle: Note your influence on the appropriate confluence page, but we want to see if those features have UX contribution and we’ll need to work with Emma & co. to ensure that we have their input. Jennifer - pairing a designer with a PM would be a great way to go forward.

deadline for MVP#1 is to get everything over to the QA team by Monday, June 8, the majority of it over by EOD today.
MVP12 was green, not at risk, the back end team is working on it today. Will update at the end of the day. xian: how could we have known that sooner? JS: locking down the spec a lot sooner.
MVP21 onboarding video. xian: no change from yesterday, still working on it. Likely that it will be ready when it's ready, maybe not until Mercury. Moving this to red.
MVP8 end user consents - the engineer assigned is planning to start on this today. Will move to green when that happens.
Emily is rolling off the project today. Thank you so much for all of your hard work!
Welcome to Emma Heizer, designer at Rocket, helping Ali with the MVP push. Trying to get the lay of the land and get design moving forward.

Jennifer - no red, only 3 yellow status items.
MVP21 onboarding video - dev hasn’t started, not clear what dev is needed. xian: will close with Doris on UX questions today. Jennifer: is this mission critical for MVP#1? Kyle: it could wait until Mercury, but it should not be dropped. Rob Brink: something is possible for MVP#1. If the notes in Jira are accurate, it is very possible for this to be ready for June 8. If the quality is insufficient, then we can cut it.
MVP7 Vince’s team is testing it right now but needs more entries in the YAMLs. Moving this to green
MVP8 looks like this will be done before Friday, should be green in the next day.
Emily
bug triage meeting later today.

can we get a link to it?
connected with Kushmerek, others, re: strategy, inclusion - actively talking about it
temp expectations from engagement team, next week - languages, esp. Haiti, Guam, Miami.
Vince: the HA might not care, but the local languages do matter to the community. Kyle: we’re taking the input from you, Vince, not the HAs. xian: is there any grant money to help fund translation efforts for Vince.

Welcome to Sachin Sood, a project manager who is here to help
Alpita-
Done:Spanish (Puerto Rico) EULA is reviewed and merged in our git repo now
Was working on getting some content for our relationship/ agreement with Lokalise. Gathered this information and communicated it to them.
Doing:
Working on getting the Spanish (PR) app-content translated and following up on that.
Gathering information on Guam localization and prioritization of languages.
Synced up with Rob about his efforts at internationalizing and translating our YouTube content, shared inputs about our localization priorities from the app-content side. Spike on researching and figuring out a tool for automating or speeding up video translations.
Blocked:
Not really blocked on anything right now.
Jennifer & Emily - red / yellow issues
Doris is making progress with the MVP21, the onboarding ticket (xian) - still waiting to see if it can be ready to be tested on Monday, June 8. xian will follow up with Jennifer when there is an update.
Green status means its on track to be tested June 8. (We are not using “done” as a status.)
MVP22 - re: trademarks, should be green by the end of the day, but needs input from Legal? xian reported that the app will probably called Pathcheck, but this is still being considered by stakeholders.
MVP18, 6, 7, 8 should be green by the end of the week.
Due dates for tickets - check the release roadmap tab of the google sheet. MVP1 Product Definition and Release Plan https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VTSnUOrfKBKXLkButvZ4B8MJzfV8gw-4JYv4lkG6XHA/edit#gid=919101161
Mercury
Even as we’re sorting out the priorities for Mercury, we need to start assigning PMs to issues we know we will need to address, including:
product instrumentation that's needed for the pilot / M&E effort
an Instrumentation spec for measurement and evaluation in the pilots
Finish RICE analysis of Mercury consideration [link] started in the Weekly PM mtg. Need to keep running that in the background. Then PMs can be assigned as they are available. Also need to be ready with the RICE analysis by Thursday to review with Adam’s OpCo group
HA efficacy is going to be a high priority for Mercury. This will require a lot of contribution and direction from UX.
Need to establish a more regular sprint cadence for Mercury than we had in MVPone.
The visioning tables in Confluence will be linked to Jira epics to promote a more Jira driven management in Mercury (vs. MVPone).
Monday, June 1

Tactical Concerns (Jennifer)
Code will be passed off to test by Friday, June 5 and ready for June 8
MVP release roadmap tab in product doc will show what is getting ready for June 8
MVP8 - per Ranna, Ali is the main owner on this - but Ronna said the content writing is not finished yet.
Longer product check in later today at 12pm ET
Will start developing a prioritization framework for “Mercury” and evaluating features on “MVP” at that meeting. We may also have people start grabbing specs. (xian)
We will also look more at cross-functional connections and see where specific PMing needs to be assigned.
Vince is waiting for Rocket to blitz and hand over to his team. Also lining up 400 beta testers for MVP.
Ranna is meeting with Jeff Woodcott(sp?), Pathcheck marketing director(?) about rebranding, we are not clear if rebranding will include “MVP” or not. Leadership team has been talking about rebranding a lot lately. Need to determine how this will connect with Aurora.
Emily will be working with Omar to do some backlog grooming, want to have a clean foundation for “Mercury”.
Adam Lasko:
no blockers
Making design updates to "new record" flow to allow an HA to input their own record/patient IDs if desired
Contributing to HA/CT research planning led by Spectra
Brian Ng: Thinking PM/designer on mobile app side. I believe we plan to just surface URL to Safe Paths user. Have we figured out a spot yet? https://pathcheck.atlassian.net/browse/PLACES-229?focusedCommentId=11948
follow up:
Adam found a PRD which shows when the privacy policy link should be shown to SP user https://docs.google.com/document/d/1re5-kAfM2DfQKxLIsG-Egfg_kjuatUcphwfB1nUwXH4/edit
ok, found this one: https://pathcheck.atlassian.net/browse/SAF-402 - still in To Do. don't need a follow up anymore, will just refer Adam to this one
