Current status
Brainstorm of feature scope
Goal
Create a great HA-free experience for community members (so that mobile app adoption can begin before the establishment of an HA server) and accelerate HA adoption.
Context
Without adoption of the app by community members, we don’t have the ability to provide a high-efficacy contact tracing and exposure notification platform.
We want the HA to be motivated to register because we will make it really easy to reach their community with information and recommendations. Thus, we may want to put it in scope of this tract of work to reduce friction for HAs.
