Product Roadmap

With clarity and alignment on the above topics related to product architecture, we can provide a high level product roadmap based on themes and phases. We will avoid tying dates to these as our product development capacity has some degree of variance to it.

Product Themes

The Product Themes are closely tied to our market segments and specific types of problems we need to solve for them to increase efficacy and adoption.

  • Table-stakes privacy, security and usability - Considered what’s required for viability

  • HA free experience for members of public - Members of the public have been downloading the app(s) in mass, but don’t get any value without an HA going live which is a slow process

  • Employer solutions - Employers are likely THE key driver of community adoption, but currently don’t get value from our product ecosystem. This is a large space and likely many themes

  • Non-Smartphone solutions - Most of the world is still not using smartphones, many HA’s we are working with demand that this demographic gets addressed

  • HA adoption acceleration - Our solution to HA’s is limited to unfinished white-label open source software. To really address our core mission, we need less friction here.

  • HA efficacy - Our highest goal is actual efficacy of our tools for the epidemiological goal of reducing spread of COVID. We are at the beginning of a likely long learning curve with Digital Contact Tracing tools and mobile apps

  • Venue / Public spaces solutions - Similar to the employer solutions, there’s a lot of energy to get back to normal safely and these custodians of public spaces and venues are eager to engage if we had solutions for them.

Product Phases

For now we will just refer to these numerically i.e. 1,2,n. These may map to 2 week periods in the future.
